Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders within Canada are shipped by Canada Post, which takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. Your order will usually ship within 7-10 business days after you receive an emailed confirmation by 2092695 Ontario Ltd. (SD+R Clothing) of your order. SD+R Clothing does not ship to PO boxes. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons. If you would like to ship to a different address you will need to call your credit card company and have them add an alternate address to your card. We will make all efforts to ship your order within 7-10 business days of receipt. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. SD+R Clothing charges sales tax for orders shipped within Canada. Recipients of orders shipped to other Countries are responsible for complying with local tax laws.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. For orders shipped outside of North America, your order will be shipped via FedEx or by a similarly reputable courier company. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US or Canadian Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-Canada taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.

Returns and Exchanges

In the event of a return, please contact us via email to arrange the return of the merchandise. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail and refund your card for the purchase price of the item. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Simple Rules For Returns and Exchanges

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached. Please include the original invoice with the returned merchandise. Return authorizations must be requested within 3 weeks of the original ship date for all domestic orders, and within 1 month of the original ship date for US and International orders.

Packing Your Items for Return or Exchange

  1. 1. Please pack your item(s) in the original shipping box when possible.
  2. 2. Create a manual shipping label; please clearly print your RA number on the label.
  3. 3. Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
  4. 4. SD+R Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
